Terms & Conditions of Service

• Standard image retouching is included in all photography packages.
• Our professional editing team enhances images to showcase properties at their best — including removal of visually distracting items and sky replacement.
• Non-standard edits (e.g., complex grass replacement, surface relaying/painting, object or furniture removal) may incur additional fees. These will be quoted prior to commencement.

• Drone operators reserve the right to cancel or reschedule without notice due to unsafe flying conditions (e.g., weather, airspace restrictions).
• If a property is deemed “not safe to fly,” your operator will advise and work with you on alternative solutions.

• Standard floor plans are delivered in black and white.
• Repeat clients may request custom colours at no additional charge.
• Logos and branded colour schemes are available on request and may incur a fee.

• Standard walkthroughs are up to 2 minutes in length and include royalty-free background music.
• Optional intro/outro branding (e.g., company or agency logo) can be added if imagery is provided.
• Two (2) free revisions are included. Additional revisions will incur charges and may extend delivery time.
• Advanced editing (e.g., animation, grading) may be quoted separately.

• All deliverables are provided digitally in formats appropriate to the selected package (e.g., JPEG, MP4, PDF).
• Standard turnaround for real estate-grade images is 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Standard license covers marketing for one (1) real estate sale or rental listing only.
• Commercial licensing for long-term use (e.g., portfolio, goods/services marketing) is available on request and applies to one (1) named company.
• Copyright remains with LightBoss Media in all cases. Images may not be transferred or sold to third parties without written permission.
• Usage rights are granted only upon full payment.

• Agents are responsible for notifying property owners or tenants of scheduled appointments unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Properties located more than 30 km from a LightBoss office may incur travel charges (~$1/km beyond 30 km, round trip plus time charge). These will be confirmed prior to booking.
• If a property is inaccessible at the time of arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value may apply.
• Cancellations/reschedules require a minimum of 2 hours’ notice to avoid fees. 24 hours’ notice is appreciated.

• All fees are GST-inclusive unless otherwise stated.
• Invoices will be issued within 10 days of service completion unless otherwise advised.
• Payment is due as per the terms stated on the invoice.
• Overdue accounts may incur interest at 2% above the current overdraft rate, calculated monthly.
• Accounts unpaid after 90 days may be referred to collections, with associated fees added.

• Clients must inspect all deliverables and notify LightBoss Media of any defects within five (5) working days of delivery.
• After this period, LightBoss Media accepts no liability for defects or dissatisfaction.
• Technical revisions (our error) will be completed at no charge within 24 hours (for photos) to two days (for video). Creative revisions (personal preference or aesthetic direction changes) may incur additional charges and may extend delivery timelines. These will be quoted prior to commencement.
• Sunday policy: Edits and revisions are not processed on Sundays. Requests received on Sunday will be actioned the following business day.

• LightBoss Media is not responsible for changing weather conditions. Bookings are made at the client’s risk.
• Advice may be provided based on publicly available forecasts.
• We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, technical failure).

• Client data is handled in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
• We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.

• Any disputes will be addressed in good faith. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
